Position Overview: As a Warehouse Manager at KATALYST group, you will play a critical role in managing inventory, optimizing warehouse processes, and maintaining a safe and organized storage facility. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of products.
Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including cycle counting and reconciliation.
Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety.
Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
Monitor and maintain the warehouse facility, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Analyze warehouse data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

Qualifications:
