Key Responsibility
Ability to review designs, drawings and work closely with the design department to ensure production objectives are met.
Monitor budget for each project and seeking approvals from the Production manager: Including purchasing new materials, use of in-house materials, logistics and manpower.
Monitor day-to- day factory production procedures, team allocation, store material availability, labours attendance, overtime approvals etc.
Implement the highest level of health and safety standards • Submitting document for necessary venue approvals.
Collecting daily progress report from the foreman’s
Assistant Production Manager for inquiring quotation from supplier for the outsource job.
Assisting in preparation of BOQ of the job
Responsible for site inspections prior production
Coordinating with site foremen for smooth production & Installation.
Ensuring the work is deliver with high quality & standard as per the company guidelines and client expectations.

Handling driver schedule

Required Experience
3 to 4 years of experience in Similar field.
Computer Literacy is must with Knowledge of MS office and Email
Good Communications.
Driving license is a must.
