Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Dubai. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration. They will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the HR department and developing policies and procedures that align with our company values.
Qualifications
Human Resources management, talent acquisition, and employee development skills
Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, including Dubai labor laws and regulations
