Job RoleSenior AI Software EngineerJob LocationAbu Dhabi, UAEExperience5+ YearsRole OverviewDesign, develop, and optimize production-grade AI products and full-stack applications, working closely with engineering, data, UX, and product teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop scalable full-stack applications and APIs using API-first and event-driven architectures.Build reusable components, services, and libraries using modern frameworks.Develop cloud-native solutions on Azure or other major cloud platforms.Optimize frontend/backend systems for performance, scalability, usability, and security.Implement authentication, data protection, and security best practices.Collaborate with UI/UX, engineering, product, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams.Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure production quality.Drive continuous improvement through modern technologies, engineering practices, and AI trends.Requirements & Skills5+ years of software/product development experience, preferably in AI products.Strong full-stack development experience across backend and/or frontend.Proficiency in Python, Rust, Go, React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar technologies.Strong experience designing secure, production-grade APIs, including API versioning, monitoring, tracing, logging, and modern authentication.Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.Experience with CI/CD, Git/version control, and deployment automation.Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, and frameworks such as LangGraph or Microsoft Agent Framework is an advantage.Strong understanding of cloud-native and scalable system architecture.Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Banking Exposure is preferred.
