Role Overview Design, develop, and optimize production-grade AI products and full-stack applications, working closely with engineering, data, UX, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities Develop scalable full-stack applications and APIs using API-first and event-driven architectures.

Build reusable components, services, and libraries using modern frameworks.

Develop cloud-native solutions on Azure or other major cloud platforms.

Optimize frontend/backend systems for performance, scalability, usability, and security .

Implement authentication, data protection, and security best practices .

Collaborate with UI/UX, engineering, product, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams .

Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure production quality.

Drive continuous improvement through modern technologies, engineering practices, and AI trends.

Requirements & Skills 5+ years of software/product development experience, preferably in AI products .

Strong full-stack development experience across backend and/or frontend.

Proficiency in Python, Rust, Go, React, Angular, Vue.js , or similar technologies.

Strong experience designing secure, production-grade APIs , including API versioning, monitoring, tracing, logging, and modern authentication.

Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes .

Experience with CI/CD, Git/version control, and deployment automation .

Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI , and frameworks such as LangGraph or Microsoft Agent Framework is an advantage.

Strong understanding of cloud-native and scalable system architecture .

Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Banking Exposure is preferred.
