You must be able to communicate clearly and confidently in spoken and written English, participate in technical discussions, understand requirements, and explain your technical decisions.We are specifically looking for candidates who can communicate naturally and effectively in English during meetings and day-to-day engineering collaboration.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain full-stack applications and backend services.Build and integrate AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities.Work with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, MCP, and related technologies where applicable.Design and develop APIs and microservices.Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders on technical requirements and architecture.Troubleshoot and improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver production‑quality solutions.Clearly communicate technical concepts, progress, challenges, and decisions in English.RequirementsProfessional software engineering experience.Strong hands‑on experience in at least one or more of the technologies or technical areas listed above.Experience building production software, AI/ML systems, or both.Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Excellent English communication skills are required.However, professional-level English communication is a mandatory requirement.
