Responsibilities:
Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems that provide a commercial advantage in a global marketplace
Enable faster and more innovative business processes and implement analytics for meaningful insights
Monitor system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely
Replace and upgrade defective or outdated components when necessary
Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, and security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments
Document any processes that employees need to follow in order to successfully work within our computing system
Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups
Requirements:
Min 2 – 3yrs experience as an IT system admin in the hospitality or retail sector
Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
Experience in managing and supporting servers, backup, and storage hardware
Experience in systems monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
Experience with planning, implementing, and improving system policies and configurations
Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines
Availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly
Experience with both iOS and Windows operating systems
